4G Design Build Featured in the ‘101 Most Beautiful Spaces of 2020’!

2020 was a weird year to say the least. With the coronavirus, wildfires, a contentious presidential election, and various other negative news-dominating events, it’s no wonder why Time magazine dubbed 2020 as “The Worst Year Ever.” However, with all the misfortune that the past year brought, it’s essential that you don’t overlook all of the good that took place as well.

At 4G Design Build, while it was definitely an unusual year, our team of designers and custom home builders in North Carolina is incredibly thankful for all the clients we were able to start or finish building a custom home for in 2020. Many businesses faced hardships for the greater part of the year and we feel truly blessed that our design build firm was able to continue doing what we love doing most: building our clients the home of their dreams within our surrounding communities. 

Another big win that we are celebrating from 2020 here at 4G Design Build is that — (drumroll) — we were featured on Houzz’s ‘101 Most Beautiful Spaces of 2020’! This editorial ideabook features design work from some of the most refreshing and inspirational homes you can find throughout the world. We don’t like to toot our own horn, but this is a huge deal! About Our Featured Work

The work featured in the ideabook was from our ‘Vast’ project. This was one of our modern custom homes and is considered a favorite among the 4G team. It’s a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom farmhouse-style custom home. It has a beautiful and spacious master suite and bath, an open modern kitchen, a huge rear enclosed patio, a two-car garage, a home theater, and other great spaces, making up for a total of 2,900 feet of square footage.
