Pricing

Full Custom House Plan Design

Hourly / Contact us for an estimate

Includes schematic house plans, electrical plans, and full construction drawings. Most plans take 40-60 hours to complete depending on client changes.

Site Visits

$250 / per visit

Includes visits to your building site prior to plan design or visits during the construction process. *Available for North and South Carolina only. This service is optional.

House Plan Engineering

$1.10 / sq. ft. under roof

Includes fully engineered plans by a licensed structural engineer. *Available for North and South Carolina only. This service is optional.

Rendering Package

$1,495

Includes one front elevation and four interior renderings.
*This service is optional.

Interior & Exterior Design

$125 / hour

Includes meeting with our designer to explore your style and help you choose your interior and exterior selections and colors. Items include roofing, siding, windows and doors, flooring, paint colors, cabinets and more! With our experience and insight, you can be confident in your choices and that your vision will come to life. Most clients require 6-12 hours to make selections and choose colors.
